Indiana Basketball: Romeo Langford makes first career start for Celtics

Romeo Langford made his first career NBA start for the Boston Celtics when they hosted the Orlando Magic on Wednesday night. Langford would finish with six points in 28 minutes of action. He shot 3-4 from the field but didn’t attempt a three-pointer.

Langford who has averaged just under 10 minutes a game this year, got the opportunity to start because Kemba Walker, Marcus Smart, Daniel Theis, and Robert Williams were all out with various injuries.

It has been tough for Langford to really find his place in the rotation with the Celtics, with Boston playing well and a lot of veterans on the team, but he did a good job in his first start last night.
