Indiana Baseball: Hoosiers drop third straight in loss to Evansville

The state of Indiana has not been kind to the Hoosiers so far this year. After winning their first two games in their home state the Hoosiers have now dropped three straight after losing to Evansville on Tuesday night on the road.

Indiana got behind early giving up a run in the bottom of the first but came back to tie it in the third when Grant Richardson scored on a wild pitch. The tie was short-lived as the Purple Aces struck for four in the bottom of the third to take the lead 5-1. Evansville would use three singles along with two walks a hit batter to mount their rally.
