NORMAL, Ill. – A former Missouri Valley Conference in-state rivalry will be renewed on Tuesday, when Illinois State (2-1) travels to Chicago to take on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers (1-3) for a non-conference tilt at Gentile Arena. Tip off is set for 6 p.m., and the game can be watched live on ESPN+.
THE SERIES
Illinois State and Loyola Chicago will meet for the 26th in program history, with Illinois State leading the series 17-8. The two teams have not played since 2022, when the Ramblers were still members of the Missouri Valley Conference.
