SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The final regular season meet of the year went well for Idaho cross country, with the men placing fifth and the women finishing eighth at the Bronco Invitational.

The men finished fifth overall on the 8k course with 184 points. The women placed eighth over 6k, with 233 points. Both teams were the top finishing Big Sky schools at the event.

Skylar Ovnicek led the way for the men, finishing 26th overall with a time of 24:22.0. Fabian Cardenas and Dwain Stucker were not far behind, taking 36th and 38th, respectively.
