MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Men's Tennis team traveled to Spokane, Wash. to compete in the Gonzaga Fall Invitational.
The Vandals came out on top in 2 draws in the singles white bracket. Xavier Martin took the West draw in the white bracket over Whitworth's Matthew Froslan in a 6-3, 7-5 contest. Alongside Martin in the white bracket, Valentin Glasl came out on top of the 3-4 playoff over Portland State's Hampus Hagglund in a 6-0, 1-6, 1(10)-0(3) contest.
In the singles blue bracket, Idaho's Chetanna Amadike advanced all the way to the semi-finals before falling to Washington's Stephane Kamendje, who won the singles outright.
