Despite the controversy circling the Houston Texans after the trade that sent DeAndre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals for an underwhelming haul, the Texans have signed Randall Cobb according to James Jones of NFL Network. He will be joining the Texans after agreeing to a three-year deal worth up to $27 million with $18.75 million guaranteed.
Cobb is a decorated receiver in the league since being drafted in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He earned recognition for his stellar 2014 season with a Pro Bowl nod and became one of Aaron Rodgers’ favorite targets in his eight-year tenure in Green Bay.
