Texans' DeAndre Hopkins replaced in Pro Bowl by Broncos' Courtland Sutton

Texans All-Pro wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has been replaced in the Pro Bowl by Denver Broncos Pro Bowl alternate wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

Hopkins is recovering from a rib injury suffered in the Texans' playoff loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, an injury he played through.

Sutton is a Brenham native who caught 72 passes for 1,112 yards and six touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and left tackle Laremy Tunsil remain scheduled to participate in the Pro Bowl. This is Watson's first time he was voted into the Pro Bowl after being added to the roster as an alternate.
