With training camp taking place later this month, the Houston Texans decided to send their brass to Washington to take in Jalen Thompson’s workout prior to the NFL Supplemental Draft. Alongside the Texans, there 25 other teams who were present to scout Thompson as he went through several drills.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Thompson is expected to be one of the players eligible for the 2019 NFL Supplemental Draft to be selected. He finished his final season with the Cougars with 66 total tackles, two interceptions, and eight pass deflections.
