A day after Rockets guard Rockets guard Eric Gordon had his best game of the season, he learned he would have to put his season on hold.

Gordon will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Wednesday and likely will be out for roughly six weeks. Rockets coach Mike D’Antoni said a piece of debris was found on an MRI Tuesday morning.
Gordon had struggled throughout the season, averaging a career-low 10.9 points per game on 30.
