Free agent safety Tre Boston is still an option for the Packers to play alongside Adrian Amos. They both have different skill sets but overall can do a little bit of everything. The Packers haven’t had that kind of flexibility on the back end for quite some time. Amos is probably a better safety in run support while Boston possesses better ball skills to be a more reliable centerfield type. Tramon Williams is projected to play opposite of Amos next season, but it would be nice to have the 36-year-old veteran move back to his natural position at corner.
