Thursday Cheese Curds: Is too much Davante Adams actually a bad thing for the Packers?

The Green Bay Packers raised more than a few eyebrows when they chose not to add a veteran ride receiver in free agency with the departure of Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson in consecutive seasons.

This clearly signaled the team was comfortable with Geronimo Allison plus second-year players Marquez-Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown behind Davante Adams who is arguably one of the top-five receivers in the league.

The decision to go with youngsters won’t be proven right or wrong until the season gets underway, but those closely observing training camp are noticing Aaron Rodgers targeting Adams much more heavily than the other receivers.
