During a regular season matchup against the Oakland Raiders in Week 7 of the 2019 season, a 42-24 victory for the Green and Gold, Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur was Mic’d Up and was heard saying on the headset, “All gas, no f—ng brake.” It became a team mantra for the remainder of the season, one that catapulted them to the NFC Championship Game, albeit a blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The prophecy of that mantra was nowhere to be found on the field earlier this season because, frankly, the car did not work. Quarterback Jordan Love made poor decision after poor decision with the football.
