By the end of the 24-16 Packers victory, Lambeau Field looked like a football dream. Snow was falling onto the turf as the Packers stopped Christian McCaffrey mere inches off the goal line that would have put the Panthers within two points of the Packers and a chance to tie with a two-point conversion.
It was a great victory and a fine way for the Packers to bounce back after their embarrassing loss to the Los Angeles Chargers the week prior.
The Packers defense was able to limit McCaffrey’s impact and continued their bend-but-don’t-break style, giving up a ton of yards but not a lot of points.
