Packers outside linebacker Za’darius Smith recently discovered an Instagram list of the top ten pass rushers in the NFL. He wasn’t on it, and it ticked him off. “Good” says OLB coach Mike Smith. “Whoever wrote that on Instagram, have him keep doing that stuff.” In fact, he even went on to jokingly add “Maybe I’ll get a fake account and start doing it myself.”
You see, Smith likes his pass rushers to play angry and violent. “You have to find a reason to hate your opponent on game day” he told the media last week. That’s why he loves his current group of OLB’s.
