Friday Cheese Curds: The Packers drafted Kevin King for this moment

When the Green Bay Packers drafted Kevin King, he was expected to give Green Bay a tall cornerback in the mold of what Richard Sherman was for Seattle to go up against tall and athletic wide receivers.

With the Seattle Seahawks coming to town Sunday, King will get his chance to do just that.

King will most likely be facing rookie Seahawks receiver D.K. Metcalf who made some big plays in Seattle’s win over the Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday. His 53-yard touchdown gave Seattle a comfortable lead and a clutch third down catch in the fourth quarter sealed the victory and punched Seattle’s ticket to Lambeau Field.
