Warriors use 10th starting lineup in unprecedented start to the season

NEW ORLEANS — In 14 games this season, the Warriors have used almost as many different starting lineups.

With guard D’Angelo Russell the latest among a rash of injuries, the Warriors will use their 10th unique starting lineup against the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday. Guard Alec Burks will join Glenn Robinson III, rookie forward Eric Paschall, forward Draymond Green and center Willie Cauley-Stein.

Last season, the Warriors used a total of 20 different starting lineups, putting into context the early adversity the team has faced this season.

“I’ve never seen one team as banged up as we are,” Kerr said.
