Unlike in year’s past, the Golden State Warriors may eventually enter the trade market. However, for the Dubs, it’ll be difficult to find trade partners given their hard cap issues. They’d need a player on an extremely team-friendly contract.
That said, those players have an added value in a league full of players on horrific contracts. After all, Chandler Parsons will still be paid over $25 million this upcoming season. The Warriors cannot take on a bad contract.
The team will also have a few assets that should be deemed as untouchable. For example, no team will be calling general manager Bob Myers and ask for Stephen Curry.
