Photos: Highlights of Kevin Durant’s three years with the Golden State Warriors

We take a look at our staff photojournalist’s highlights of Kevin Durant’s three years with the Golden State Warriors.

Durant signed with the Warriors in 2016 and played for three seasons, winning two NBA Championships and was named the Bill Russell NBA Finals Most Valuable Player in 2017 and 2018. “K.D.,” as he’s known, signed a four-year deal with Brooklyn Nets for $164 million, $57 million dollars less than the Warriors offered him for a five-year deal in a brand-new arena.

Offers were high for one of the greatest shooters in the league, despite Durant tearing his Achilles tendon during Game 5 of the 2019 NBA Finals.
