After about 20 minutes into the Golden State Warriors’ game against the Los Angeles Lakers, I started writing my recap. The game wasn’t even close to over, but I thought I had seen enough. The Dubs raced out to another early deficit, the Lakers (when locked in and engaged fully, which was for about 10% of the game) looked unstoppable, Stephen Curry looked off, and James Wiseman was having his first true “he’s only 19” game. So I wrote pretty much my entire article, went to the bathroom, and came back intending to watch the second half to confirm that what I wrote held up.
