There’s no denying that, while talented, the Golden State Warriors may struggle this season. They did add a star in D’Angelo Russell this offseason, but they lost a few staples of their dynasty, something that will impact this roster more than many think.
The loss of Kevin Durant hurts, but the combined losses of Durant, Andre Iguodala, DeMarcus Cousins and Quinn Cook may be debilitating. While the Warriors did what they could to supplement the loss of those contributors, it may not be enough.
This team wouldn’t be in too much trouble if you didn’t add in the lengthy injury to Klay Thompson.
