Florida State safety Jammie Robinson was named to the preseason All-American second-team by the Phil Steele College Football Preview magazine.
Robinson, a redshirt junior who appeared in all 12 games last season after transferring from South Carolina, was the only Seminole to earn All-American honors. He also joined six FSU teammates on Steele’s preseason All-ACC team.
Joining Robinson (first team) was punter Alex Mastromanno (second team), offensive lineman Dillan Gibbons (third team), punt returner Mycah Pittman (third team), tight end Camren McDonald (fourth team) and defensive tackle Robert Cooper (fourth team).
