FSU football didn’t have a great 2019 season on the field but did see several former Noles perform well in the NFL.
Brian Burns was named one of the top 10 rookies in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers. Jameis Winston led the league with 5,109 passing yards.
He also holds the distinction for the first NFL QB to ever throw for 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions in a season.
Former Noles Derrick Nnadi and Cam Erving are going to play in the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs. It’s the first time the Chiefs have made the Super Bowl in 50 years.
