I think Chip Kelly is going to UCLA.
It has been widely reported that Florida and UCLA are trying to hire Kelly. It has been reported that Kelly will accept one of the offers. And I think Kelly is going to go West.
To be clear, that is a guess. I am trying my best to gather as much evidence as I can, and, more important, to sift through and ignore as best I can the egregiously high volume of misinformation that is out there.
