FC Dallas trades Victor Ulloa to FC Cincinnati

In perhaps the biggest sign yet that former head coach Oscar Pareja is truly gone, FC Dallas has traded one of their original Homegrown players, Victor Ulloa, to FC Cincinnati.

In exchange, FC Dallas receives $150,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM) with an additional $100,000 in GAM if Ulloa hits some "performance metrics" with FC Cincinnati. FC Dallas will also receive a percentage of any transfer or loan fee if FC Cincinnati transfers Ulloa to a team outside of MLS.

"Victor has been an unbelievable model for our organization over the last eight years and we're proud to be associated with someone of his quality," said FC Dallas President Dan Hunt.
