Scoring 60 points in an NBA game is really, really hard to do. Generally speaking it’s been reserved for guys like Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Larry Bird and David Robinson.
It’s just very hard to do.
Well now you can add Duke product Jayson Tatum to that list as the still-young Celtic had a monster game Friday night against Tre Jones and the San Antonio Spurs (Jones did not play).
It’s pretty amazing to watch. He isn’t jus hitting threes either. He’s going to the basket, hitting pull-up jumpers and San Antonio was clearly fouling a lot, perhaps hoping he’d miss some on the line (didn’t happen much).
