The presumptive favorites for Florida point guard Andrew Nembhard have landed their guy as the the transfer is headed out west to Spokane.
After a one day postponement of his announcement, Nembhard made it officially by announcing on his social media platforms that he would be joining the Gonzaga Bulldogs.
Gonzaga, Duke, and Southern California were the reported favorites to land the Canadian star, but Memphis also emerged as a threat to land the 6-foot-5 sophomore.
Nembhard's Top-6 schools were the four previously mentioned above along with Stanford and Georgetown.
Because of NCAA transfer rules and regulations, Nembhard will be ineligible to play in the 2020-21 season but will still have two years of eligibility remaining starting in 2021-22.
