CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Four members of the Duke swimming & diving program recorded new times or improved their previous times that qualified for Wave I of the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials during a long course meet in Chapel Hill over the weekend.
Sophomore Sarah Foley improved her trials time in both the 100-meter and 200 breaststroke, recording times of 1:09.85 and 2:31.74, respectively. Classmate Emily Lenihan also improved her time in the 100 backstroke, clocking in at 1:02.35. Senior Lucy Callard earned her first 2020 trials berth in the 200 butterfly as she swam a 2:14.
