Duke’s Marvin Bagley to miss third straight game with knee sprain

Duke’s Marvin Bagley III will miss his third consecutive game with a knee sprain, the school announced on Saturday.

No. 12 Duke (21-5, 9-4 ACC) plays No. 11 Clemson (20-5, 9-4 ACC) on Sunday at 1 p.m. The winner will have sole possession of second place in the ACC standings.

Bagley, who leads the team in points (21.2 ppg) and rebounding (11.4 rbg), injured his knee last Thursday, in Duke’s 82-78 loss to North Carolina. Bagley played all but one minute of that game.

But he sat out against Georgia Tech last Sunday, and against Virginia Tech on Wednesday.
