There was a chance to be had at redemption for former Duke basketball standout Grayson Allen on Saturday night and he took full advantage.
Allen missed two free throws in the final seconds of Wednesday’s loss to the Dallas Mavericks (30-25) which led to a game winning 3-point buzzer beater from Luka Doncic, sending the Memphis Grizzlies (29-26) home with a harsh loss.
Memphis responded with a victory over the Chicago Bulls (23-33) on Friday night as Grayson Allen added 11 points, three rebounds, and three assists in 26 minutes but his true chance to make up for his past blunder came on Saturday night.
