As NBA play draws nearer, anticipation and hype about Zion Williamson is growing.
Colin Cowherd was asked if he’d take Williamson over Luka Doncic, Kevin Durant or James Harden. He picked him in all three cases.
We’d certainly take him over Harden and probably Durant who is after all 31 now and getting over a major injury - maybe.
Doncic? That’s tougher but we’d still take Williamson because of his talent, power and ability to impact the game in so many different ways. As great as Doncic has been, we don’t think he can match Williamson in every aspect of the game and we’d bet that, overall, Williamson’s basketball IQ is higher.
