DETROIT -- Detroit Tigers manager Brad Ausmus is keeping a similar lineup Sunday against Toronto after the team scored 11 runs on 14 hits in Saturday's win.
Nicholas Castellanos remains in the two-spot against righty Marco Estrada, while James McCann starts at catcher for the second straight game. The only change is Alex Presley in center field and hitting seventh.
