The MLB trade rumors are picking up as the July 31 deadline approaches.
The latest one: According to baseball insider Jon Morosi, the Houston Astros are potentially interested in a Justin Verlander-Justin Wilson deal with the Detroit Tigers that would send the two pitchers to the AL West contender.
Morosi also said the Astros were in talks with the Oakland Athletics on right-hander Sonny Gray.
