Detroit Tigers’ farm system ranked sixth in MLB

With the 2019 season on pace to be one of the worst in franchise and possibly league history, Detroit Tigers fans are desperate for something to look forward to. At many points this summer, it seems as if players in the Tigers’ farm system are giving Motor City baseball fans more to cheer about than the guys actually in the big leagues.

At this point, fans must keep looking to the future and now can feel a bit more excited about what is to come for the Tigers in the next few years. In his newest rankings of the MLB’s top farm systems, MLB Pipeline’s Jim Callis listed the Detroit Tigers’ farm system as the sixth-best in baseball.
