Lions QB Josh Johnson runs well, plays better in second game

The first test of Lions quarterback Josh Johnson’s surgically repaired ankle came during a workout in late July with the Baltimore Ravens.

The second test came Friday night against the Buffalo Bills, when he scrambled up the middle on third-and-15 near midfield and gained 11 yards.

“It’s part of my game,” he said of the running component.
