Lions' Desmond Trufant makes progress on hamstring injury, Kenny Golladay in line to start

Desmond Trufant is making progress in his return from a hamstring injury, and it's possible the Detroit Lions cornerback could return to action this week.

Trufant was a limited participant in Thursday's practice after missing four straight and last week's loss to the Green Bay Packers. He injured his hamstring Sept. 13 against the Chicago Bears.

Lions coach Matt Patricia said before practice that Trufant wouldn't be doing much on the field, but the 30-year-old took part in all individual drills and showed no signs of the injury while working at full speed.
