The NFL is going ahead with April's draft as planned, despite protestations from many across the league.
We can argue whether that’s the right move or not given the times we’re living in. I’ve come around since saying the league should delay the start of free agency due to the coronavirus pandemic. Free agency proved a nice respite from everything going on in the world and I imagine the draft will do the same (though clearly NFL teams will have less information to work with than usual on draft prospects, and with jobs and billions of dollars on the line, that’s not a good thing).
