After limping to a less than impressive record at the end of 2019, the Detroit Lions have many improvements to make if they’re to make the massive leap into playoff contention. To make that leap they will need to hit on most, or all, of both their free-agent signings and draft picks in 2020.
Looking ahead to the draft, there are a few positions the Lions may focus on to improve. This includes, but isn’t limited to, cornerback, defensive end, wide receiver, and the offensive line.
Luckily for the Lions, this draft class is strong and/or deep at many position groups which with the Lions need help.
