Bob Quinn has a history of making stunning moves around the NFL trade deadline, and on Tuesday he added another one to the list.

The Detroit Lions traded starting safety Quandre Diggs and a 2021 seventh-round pick to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for a 2020 fifth-round draft choice.

Diggs’ play had declined this year to the point that the Lions shopped him to the entire league in recent days with very little interest.
