PHILADELPHIA — Detroit Lions Pro Bowl cornerback Darius Slay left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with an apparent right hamstring injury.

Slay left the game on the Eagles' opening drive of the second half when he grabbed at the back of his leg after nearly missing an interception along the Lions sideline.

He hobbled around on the sideline for several minutes before trainers accompanied him to the locker room.

Mike Ford replaced Slay at cornerback.

The Lions, who led 20-10 at the time of Slay's injury, also lost defensive lineman Mike Daniels to a foot injury in the first half.
