It was a great evening at Ball Arena on Wednesday night for a team that desperately needed something good to happen. After receiving the news yesterday that Jamal Murray would miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL, the Denver Nuggets played their first game since their star point guard suffered that devastating injury.
The Nuggets came together as a team and found a way to capture a 123-106 victory over the Miami Heat. Nikola Jokic played a big role in that as he scored 17 points, dished out 11 assists, and hauled in 10 rebounds.
