When the Nuggets started to turn their franchise around in the mid-2010s, one of the central figures was Will “the thrill” Barton. The flashy guard was brought to Denver in a trade back in 2015, and played with the team for parts of 8 seasons before being dealt to the Wizards in 2022. After bouncing around the basketball world for a few years, Barton has signed with DMV Trilogy of the Big 3.
Barton will join the Baltimore-based franchise in Ice Cube’s 3-on-3 professional basketball league immediately and is expected to make his debut on Sunday when the team plays the Detroit Amp.
