LOS ANGELES – The Dallas Mavericks were able to exact revenge on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Luka Doncic finished with 27 points, nine rebounds and 10 assists and the Mavs snapped the Lakers’ 1-game winning streak, winning, 114-100, on Sunday afternoon at STAPLES Center. The win was the seventh in their last eight games for the Mavs, who are 13-6 overall, 7-2 on the road and 2-0 on this three-game road trip which ends with Tuesday’s game in New Orleans.
Th Lakers had gotten off to one of their fastest starts in franchise history. And they led the Mavs, 15-5, before folks could settle into their seats.
