Dallas Mavericks: What to watch for as Kristaps Porzingis returns in Charlotte
The Dallas Mavericks had Monday’s game against the Pelicans postponed because of COVID-related issues. They traveled to Charlotte on Jan. 12 and are ready to face the Hornets on Wednesday evening.
The Mavs will be without five players because of the NBA’s health and safety protocols. Key rotation pieces Josh Richardson, Dorian Finney-Smith, Maxi Kleber, Jalen Brunson, and Dwight Powell are all out as they quarantine. Dallas will only have 12 healthy players on Wednesday, but Kristaps Porzingis is set to make his season debut to give the Mavs a boost.
