THE STORY: The short-handed Mavericks (no Seth Curry for unknown reasons) get to see their most likely playoff opponent one more time in the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers are not at full strength either, missing Montrezl Harrell and Patrick Beverley, but they still have two real Luka Doncic stoppers in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. This would be a huge win for the Mavericks as it would actually knock the Clippers back in the standings.
