Bucks hold on to claim a 112-109 victory over the Mavs

Khris Middleton converted a pair of free throws with 7.8 seconds and the Milwaukee Bucks clipped the Dallas Mavericks, 112-109, on Friday night at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.

With the loss, the Mavs split this brief two-game road trip, which also included an 11-point victory in Charlotte this past Wednesday. The Mavs (6-5) return home and will host the Chicago Bulls on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Doncic led the Mavs with 28 points, nine rebounds and 13 assists, Tim Hardaway Jr. tallied 22 points, Kristaps Porzingis finished with 15 points and 10 boards, Trey Burke and James Johnson scored 13 points apiece, and Willie Cauley-Stein collected 11 points and 11 rebounds.
