Coming off a historic 24-21 comeback victory over the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys didn't have much time to prepare before hosting the three-time defending AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday at AT&T Stadium.
But despite the quick turnaround, the Cowboys walked away with a 31-28 victory, upping their season-high winning streak to three to get over .500 for the first time all year at 6-5-1, thus keeping themselves in the playoff hunt, and improving their overall record on Thanksgiving Day to 35-22-1, with that .612 winning percentage representing the highest in the NFL of any team to play at least 10 games on the holiday.
