For the fourth time in eight games, Columbus Crew SC is involved in a match with a shutout. Despite goalkeeper Steve Clark's heroics, the Black & Gold were not the side to earn the goose egg.
In a contest that featured 32 total shots, Clark made seven saves to try and help his side. After making his seventh on a diving effort in the 88th minute, the ball fell right to the feet of rookie and Seattle homegrown talent Jordan Morris and the forward fired a shot off Michael Parkhurst and into the back of the net for a late 1-0 lead.
