Colorado State head football coach Mike Bobo turned to Twitter on Wednesday to express thanks to the fans for their support, and also to say he is encouraged about the treatment he's undergoing after leaving the team Saturday with what he's been describing most of fall camp as numbness in his foot.
At the end, he left open hope he will return in time for the season opener Aug. 25 against Hawaii at Canvas Stadium.
"I am currently in the process of a multiple-day treatment for a peripheral neuropathy, and continue to be encouraged by the results of the on-going medical testing," Bobo said in his message.
