Coming off of what might have been the worst all-around game of the season so far, the Rockies will look to strike back in game two of this three game series in Los Angeles. It’s never easy against the Dodgers who, since 2019, are 26-8 against Colorado. If there’s a man up for the challenge it’d be the Rockies pitcher who’s off to the hottest start, Jon Gray.
Gray (1-0, 1.54 ERA) is coming off of a phenomenal second start against the Diamondbacks, holding them hitless through six innings before allowing one run. In his first start, Gray managed to slow these very same Dodgers to just one run in five innings.
