With their sweep of the San Diego Padres this past weekend, the Colorado Rockies went 5-1 in a week (Monday through Sunday) for the first time since they went 7-0 in the span of Memorial Day (May 27) through Sunday, June 2 in which they swept both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Toronto Blue Jays.
They now have won three in a row twice last week and the last time they won three games in a row overall was when they won four against the D’Backs (one game) and swept the Marlins at Coors Field from August 14 to 18.
